We want you to have the best possible experience with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our return policy below:

Return and Refund Conditions

  • Freshness Guarantee: Our aim is that you receive fresh, table-ready microgreens. If your order is spoiled, rotten, moldy, inaccurately weighed, or has any other defect, we will refund you and replace the item free of charge.
  • Storage Instructions: Keep your microgreens refrigerated and stored in their original containers. 
  • Refund Process: Once approved, refunds will be processed immediately. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within the standard processing time set by our payment processor and your bank. We may ask for photos of the defective product, but you do not need to return it.
  • Return Window: Our return policy lasts for 3 days after you receive your order. If 3 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
